Professional Management Group, Inc. (PMG)

The property management division of PMG, Inc. provides management, accounting, maintenance, and groundskeeping services for Condominium/Villa/Home Owner Associations in the Lake of the Ozarks area. We are currently managing seventeen Associations comprising of nearly 1,500 units on all sides of the Lake. Accounting services are provided to three additional associations. These include some complexes that are still under development, as well as more mature complexes, ranging in sizes from 17 to 218 units.

Providing Quality Services for 34 Years

Professional Management Group, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Mr. James R. Estes, Real Estate Broker and CPA, for the purpose of providing professional management services for Condominium Homeowner Associations throughout the Lake area. Lori Priest, PMG’s Director of Association Management, also a Real Estate Broker, has been with PMG for 22 years. Bee Evans, PMG’s Director of Accounting Services has been with the company for 30 years.

Our Central Office is located on Osage Beach Parkway in Osage Beach. The PMG staff is supplemented by a toll-free 800 telephone number, a 24-hour emergency telephone system and website providing services to Homeowners.

At PMG, it is our company’s goal to provide quality management services to the Condominium/Villa/Home Owners Associations and their members. Our management services are designed to help facilitate the day-to-day care of a condominium complex, as well as to plan for the future, in order to protect the investment of all Owners.
